The State of California requires that you pass a Principles of Real Estate course. We provide an on-line home study course that meets that criteria through our affilliation with The Rockwell Institute.
Prior to your State exam we will direct you to a live interactive two-day class or an on-line cram course that will focus you in on what to expect out of the State exam. Upon passing the State Exam, we provide an in house weekly training course. Giving you all you need to know prior to your license arriving. This has proven to be a huge asset to our agents as they are ready to hit the ground running once they´re licensed.
